You can discover shortcuts by pressing the Alt key and following the on-screen menu prompts. Try to use shortcuts consistently in your daily work. Over time, you will naturally remember the most frequently used shortcuts without needing to consciously recall them. Some particularly useful shortcuts include actions like inserting a column, applying advanced formatting, or creating charts.
